ILLUSTATION &
GRAPHIC DESIGN
I love creating because it makes me feel present and brings my imagination and passion to life through my hands. I studied painting and calligraphy from a young age. After being systematically acquainted learning in The China Academy of Art, I decided to further study illustration and graphic design by myself.
After teaching myself for a while, I set up an online graphic design studio to design for individual clients (so I can't show some of my work here). At the same time, for my illustration design, I hope it can have a tangible experience for the audience while maintaining the sense of novelty. I focus on the sense of "wonder" and “curiosity" that my works bring to the audience. I'm still trying to figure that out. At present, I only try 2D electronic presentation, and then I want to try picture books or 3D interaction in the future.

Sofun
In this commercial design project, I used pine (song) and wind (fang) as design elements. Geometric patterns in black and white were chosen to give a modern feel. The green of pine trees and the golden color of mountains in ancient paintings are added as embellishments.

Flowers for Algernon
Unfinished illustration project
"Flowers for Algernon" mainly tells the story of Charlie Gordon through surgery from low intelligence into the genius, with a variety of emotional twists. This project uses electronic software to paint the flowers in a form that references the appearance of neurons. These illustrations use unusual colors to express a tangled, emotional excitement like a star split.
The illustrations will be made into a calendar. The calendar is then designed into a detachable pattern and given to welfare organizations for children there.
